A Massive Transformation in Israel Society
If one follows Israeli society and politics, they will know that one of the largest challenges to grapple with has been the position of Ultra-Orthodox Jews in their relation to the state and specifically in respect to not joining the army. This class of society as a whole has not supported Zionism, the Jewish state and the army. The recent crisis is changing that. The results could transform Israeli society and politics, bring Ultra-Orthodox Jews much closer to religious Zionism. That would be a fascinating outcome.
Consider the words of Isaiah 30 - a prophecy for the latter day:
"Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin: That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt! Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion. ... For the Egyptians shall help in vain, and to no purpose: therefore have I cried concerning this, Their strength is to sit still."
The United States including the western powers will not be the salvation of Israel, just as Egypt was not the salvation of Israel in the past.

Wartime Broadcast from Judea with Ari Abramowitz & Jeremy Gimpel
Back in 2018 I was able to visit Jeremy Gimpel on the Arugot Farm in the wilderness of Ziph in Judah and interview him for Bible in the News. At that time the beautiful stone synagogue which Jeremy and Ari are broadcasting from was under construction. Jeremy talked about how, now that they are back in the land, they need to have a "listening heart", to hear what God's word was saying to them in this generation. We also talked about the return of the Jews and the coming of Elijah the prophet. If you haven't heard that, or would like to hear again, you can visit the post here.
